Sahaja Yoga is an ancient form of meditation that brings about inner peace in a human being. One is able to achieve his 'yoga' or union with the divine energy, through the spontaneous awakening of the inner energy known as 'Kundalini'. This establishes an inner state, when one is at peace with himself and his surroundings, the state of pure witness and 'thoughtless awareness'. Sahaja Yoga was founded by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi in 1970 and is widely practiced in over 120 nations today.

Sahaja yoga: Health dimension booths: May 12, 2016

Sahaja Yoga San Diego participated in 3 Health Dimension booths this week of May 12, 2016

Hundreds of flyers and business cards were given away to interested employees from these companies and over 10+ employees at each booth were able to receive their Self Realization.

All these events were quite busy bustling with interested folks.

Tuesday, May 10 from 2pm to 4pm: HM Electronics in Poway

Wednesday, May 11 from 11:30am to 1:30pm: D & K Engineering in Rancho Bernardo

Thursday, May 12 from 11:30 to 1:30pm: Dexcom in Sorrento Valley
