Intersting information from Canada


This is a great testimonial on SY benefits -- especially health benefits; it is short and obviously spontaneous therefore is a great "natural = sahaj"  feeling and can be presented to the beginners classes :-) ;

It is really nice also how he thanks to Shri Mataji too .. very sweet and natural again .. Actually it is more to this in the story .. Philip could have died many a times .. his case, clinically speaking is impossible .. doctors are not sure how is possible that he functions and actually functions well.. his progress is simply amazing .. now he is helping his family, cooking for his kids, he brings balance to other family members, gives realization spontaneously in stores that he goes to.. he has discernment no worries :-) .. he feels the vibrations well, he introspects with sincerity .. he improved physically so much, his face and his skin changed too :-) and so far he is in thoughtless awareness almost every day for almost all the time .. truly a very honest good case of how sahaja yoga can transform , rejuvenate, give a 2nd birth to one  and to many .. beneficial effects of Sahaja Yoga Meditation

A new scientific study (2016) about the beneficial effects of Sahaja Yoga Meditation on the brain has just been published in PLOS ONE, a major neurosciences journal.

It reveals that regular practitioners of Sahaja Yoga meditation have larger (around 7%) grey matter overall. In addition, the parts of the brain which are responsible for attention, self-control, emotion control, compassion, and introspection are more developed.

Given that grey matter declines with age, this means that regular practitioners of Sahaja Yoga have 'younger brains'. The full study can be read here
