Sahaja Yoga Medical Research

Dear Sahaja Family,

Brain imaging based studies on meditation practitioners are attracting a lot of attention in the US media, amongst general audiences as well as academic and corporate institutions. Recently, a very interesting and exceptionally relevant body of Sahaja medical research was published. Performed by European Sahaja researchers, the investigations employed a commonly used brain imaging technique (MRI) to investigate the effects of Sahaja Yoga practise. Yogis as well as non-yogis participated in this effort and the results were simply terrific from our point of view as they clearly demonstrated the benefits of long term Sahaja practice on the brain. This data was recently presented at a public program in the US and the response was extremely encouraging. Based on this experience, we have organized a webinar where we can familiarize ourselves with this exciting new development in the world of Sahaja research.

With this new body of Sahaja research, we can potentially approach diverse US audiences with information that is truly outstanding as well as practical. Dr. Ashish Pradhan will walk us through this research via a webinar. Please find details below regarding the date, timing and web link to join in.
