This meditation session will be a guided one, using simple yet practical techniques of Sahaja Yoga to allow everyone to connect with their own 'True-Self' through the awakening of a dormant energy, called Kundalini (in Sanskrit) that exists within all of usThe awakening of this dormant energy can be felt as a cool breeze on the top of our head.



How do we be in the state of Thoughtless Awareness?

In our mind, thoughts comes and goes, rises and falls. In between the rise and fall of thoughts, there are intervals. When these intervals elongate and expand, it is a state called 'Thoughtless Awareness'. Where are we? In the present, in the NOW. Totally aware of our surroundings and at the same time have no thoughts. In this state, one who is connected to the All-Pervading Power of the Cosmos becomes a totally dynamic person. 

This spontaneous phenomenon of "Connection" takes place when we desire for it earnestly and we are then given the opportunity to know and recognize the All Pervading Power that Loves and Cares for ALL Creation. This process or 'awakening' is facilitated by the teachings of Her Holiness Shree Mataji Nirmala Devi, The Founder of Sahaja Yoga. She is a renowned spiritual Guru who has spread this technique worldwide, free of charge.
